These are the terms and conditions of purlondon.co (the Company), which applies to all items ordered online from purlondon.co (the Website). Please make sure that you read these terms before placing an order. By using the Website or purchasing an item from the Company, you agree to these terms and conditions, which is part of the contract for the sale and purchase of goods made between the Company and you. In this article, “the customer”, “you” and “your” refers to the individuals who use, place an order and purchase good from the Website, whereas “we”, “us”, “the Company” and “purlondon.co” refers to Pur London.
These terms and conditions may change from time to time, without providing any advance notice to you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check these terms before a each purchase. Once you place your order, you will be bound by the terms that apply to that order.
By placing an order via the Website you are making an offer to the Company to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. You can place an order by using the ordering process on the Website. This involves selecting the goods, placing them in the shopping cart and transmitting the order to us by clicking on the “Pay Now” button. This process permits you to check and alter any errors or in the order before placing an order. We will send you a confirmation email after your order but please note this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and the Company for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted i.e. when you receive a confirmation email.. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorized when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are dispatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and will arrange for a full refund if you have been charged.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for each item, shall be the one that is published on the Website. Liability of the Company shall in no circumstances exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. The contracts from the sales of goods by the Company shall be subject to and governed by English law.
The Company reserves the right at all times to revise any of the prices of the products to take into account any increase in costs to the Company due to factors beyond it’s control, including but not limited to exchange fluctuations, alteration of duties, increase in cost of labour and/or materials and/or transport.
Our measurements of our goods as outlined in the product description are as accurate as possible.
As we are Start-up Company for now, we are not VAT registered. We inform our customers when this is the case.
It is the Company’s priority to deliver the orders on time to the customers, however, any delivery date given by us are approximate only, due to the fact that we are working with an external parcel company. Therefore although we will do our best to adhere to delivery times, a contract will not be terminated as a result of reasonable delay.
We envisage for all UK deliveries to be made within 2-5 days of dispatch. International deliveries might be subject to longer timescales depending on courier used.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. All orders are sent by Royal Mail and as our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.

UK: Standard Delivery 2-5 working days - £3.95
Europe: Standard Delivery up to 7 working days dependant on the local postal service - £6.95
International: Standard Delivery up to 10 working days dependant on the local postal service - £11.95
We are confident with how accurate the products look and appear on the Website. However, our costumers can still request a refund, in writing, within 14 days from the date of placing the order on our Website. Due to hygiene reasons, items, which have been washed, laundered or used, cannot be accepted for refund. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Damaged or altered goods, due to customers’ negligence will not be accepted. With the exception of faulty goods, all goods returned are at the customers’ expense. When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. The arrangement of collecting the items will be arranged once you have contacted us.
Once the item is received, our Quality Assurance department will check and approve the condition of the product in line with our returns policy conditions. The Company will then refund you the purchase money.
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase; at any time before the item has been dispatched. After the item is despatched you will be liable for the delivery cost of the return.
We do collect information of you, all our customers. The information we ask and need are; your name, your address, e-mail address and credit card details for payment method. The Company does not share any of the information belonging to its customers with other parties, for any reason. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain site security. We use licensed ecommerce software, supported by a specialist web service provider and arrange payment through PayPal.
